In 2017 Scott acquired the former Ranger Station in an online government auction. With a vision in mind about combining outdoor activities with modern designed accommodations, Scott began construction to convert the former office space into a contemporary 6 room lodge and adventure tours booking hub.

Guests can learn more about the renovation process when having morning coffee by browsing through the detailed coffee table book showing the before and after photos of the Seward Adventure Station.
